What is Direct Primary Care?

The direct primary care model, or DPC, puts the patient first by eliminating the impersonal intrusion of insurance companies.  Not accepting insurance creates a direct relationship between the healthcare provider and the patient, allowing more affordable and personalized care.  The lack of unnecessary paperwork allows family practice providers to spend more time with you through extended visits with minimal wait times, which translates into better patient outcomes at a substantially lower cost.
A low monthly membership fee provides for comprehensive primary care, including unlimited office visits for preventative care, wellness, chronic disease management, acute illness and injury, and minor procedures.  Members will also have more convenient access to their providers through emails, texts, phone calls, and same day or next day appointments when needed.

With your membership, you will enjoy and appreciate extended office visits. Once established, you will have 24/7 access to the providers if needed. You will receive greatly discounted labs and procedures as well as unlimited office visits each month! You can expect same day or next appointments as well.

This is our vision and mission statement here at 180 Direct Primary Care.
